Bogie and the crew from Built to Last Build & Design are ready to start on the deck, and it's perfect timing, as the materials from Deckorators just arrived. To get the ball rolling, the crew slips flashing behind the base flashing they installed a few weeks ago, tuck the ledger up, tack it in place, snap a few lines, and bolt the ledger through the ZIP panels and into the engineered rim joist. Next step is figuring out post heights.
